Regulatory Solicitor/Barrister Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Barrister to join our leading Regulatory team at a top-tier law firm. The successful candidate will have a strong background in advocacy and a passion for regulatory law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present cases at final substantive hearings and represent regulators at interim application and case management hearings.
  • Advise on cases involving dishonesty, fraud, and sexual misconduct.
  • Participate in appeals from decisions of regulators and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
  • Develop and deliver training for panel members and in-house teams.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate/Solicitor looking for progression with high-quality work or a Barrister seeking to move into private practice with potential for advancement to Legal Director/Partnership.

The firm has a strong social ethos and offers a healthy work-life balance, with flexible working arrangements and the option to work from home up to 4 days a week.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with advocacy experience.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory law and its applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
