Join Our Team as a Senior Director of Global Supply Chain Planning

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Global Supply Chain Planning to lead our global supply chain team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our global supply chain strategy and driving initiatives that put people and performance at the heart of everything.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of global supply chain strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Drive the transformation of digital supply chain solutions across the globe, leveraging advanced technology to streamline planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Lead global demand and supply processes, balancing the needs of multiple markets to ensure product availability at the right time and place, all while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and alignment of all elements for success.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing global team, inspiring excellence and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in supply chain management at a senior level, ideally within the life sciences, healthcare, or related industries.
  • A deep understanding of modern supply chain concepts, including demand and supply planning, S&OP, and digital integration tools (ERP, forecasting software).
  • A strong background in navigating regulatory landscapes (such as FDA and cGMP).
  • A proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive change, and deliver results in complex global environments.
