Registered Nurse Opportunity | Nights

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at our nursing home. As a leading healthcare provider in the UK, we prioritize delivering exceptional care and creating meaningful experiences for our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff to provide high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement effective care plans and risk assessments, adhering to regulatory frameworks
  • Maintain accurate documentation and resident records, utilizing modern technology
  • Oversee medicine management on your shift, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation
  • Make timely decisions and take action to ensure resident safety and well-being
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, utilizing clinical skills and expertise

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration and a good understanding of clinical practices
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care and supporting the residents and their families
