We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Band 5 Substance Misuse Nurse to join our team at HMP Chelmsford. As a key member of our wellbeing & recovery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

About the Role:

  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver psychosocial and clinical interventions to support the prison population.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our patients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
