About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our early careers and professional hiring processes across multiple UK offices.

As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our hiring function, including coordinating applications, scheduling interviews, and administering psychometric tests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support graduate and apprentice hiring cycles, including coordinating applications and scheduling interviews
  • Manage diaries for hiring and HR managers and keep the ATS system updated
  • Assist with event planning for career fairs and assessment centres
  • Create and issue employment paperwork, manage onboarding actions, and maintain recruitment folders
  • Provide general HR and administrative support, including answering queries and managing the recruitment inbox
  • Develop social media content to promote hiring opportunities
About You

You will have experience in Talent Acquisition, either in-house or with an agency, and possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and social media platforms is essential, and experience with early careers hiring is beneficial.
