Job Title: Client Delivery Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and competent Client Delivery Lead to join our Client Delivery team at Succession Wealth. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Wealth Planners to deliver an excellent service and outstanding outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the Planners' diaries and arranging client meetings.
  • Using various investment platforms and IT systems to administer the wealth management process.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and timely completion of tasks.
  • Taking ownership and accountability for administration, including maintaining correct client records.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced Administration role.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages essential.
  • Desirable NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.
