Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agricultural Account Manager to join our team at Agricultural and Farming Jobs Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing daily customer interactions, handling technical queries, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relations: Manage daily customer interactions, including handling technical queries, sales of parts and accessories, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Sales Management: Manage incoming sales enquiries for both new and used machinery, providing a seamless purchasing experience.
  • Administration: Management of CRM systems, invoicing, order processing, and general administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Agricultural Industry Experience: Previous experience in the agricultural, 4x4, or plant machinery industries is preferable.
  • Technical Knowledge: Ideally, you will have technical knowledge of machinery, whether from a mechanical or sales background.
  • Customer Focus: Experience in a customer-focused environment, with the ability to handle both B2B and B2C relationships.
  • Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required.

What We Offer:

  • Paying up to £35,000 basic salary, depending upon experience.
  • Opportunities for overtime.
