The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer/Artworker to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for designing on-site printed materials, digital assets, and other visual content that enhances the guest experience and promotes our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop on-site printed materials, such as brochures, menus, and signage, to improve the guest experience and promote our brand.
  • Create digital assets, including social media graphics, website content, email campaigns, and digital advertisements, to engage our audience and drive conversions.
  • Work closely with the creative team to plan and execute on-site photoshoots, ensuring high-quality visuals that meet our brand standards.
  • Conduct audits of on-site materials to ensure quality and consistency, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Develop innovative and fresh creative solutions to enhance our marketing output, staying up-to-date with current design trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of design experience in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of typography and layout, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Solid knowledge of the print process, including the ability to confidently liaise with printers when necessary.
  • Comfort and experience in working within established brand guidelines to produce consistent and on-brand materials.
  • The confidence and clarity to effectively communicate ideas and present work to team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills, coupled with the ability to independently manage workload and meet deadlines.
