**You Will Be**
Someone who is wanting to begin there career in Merchandising, have a passion for fashion and a desire to add value to all our stunning collections.
You must have the ability to prioritise and organise your day and adapt to change. You must be an excellent communicator to all levels of the business.
**Skills you need**
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Proficient user of Microsoft packages
- Garment knowledge
- Retail/Manufacturing knowledge
- Good Numeracy and understanding of figures
**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Understanding and interpreting supplier critical path in order to identify potential issues.
- Raising contracts.
- Monitoring shipments to ensure timely delivery into store.
- Preparing and checking DPL’s and invoices for sign off and update relevant systems
- Prepare and understand bestsellers, Monday books,
Product Performance
- Monitoring Wholesale orders, organising shipments from the UK warehouse & communicating with the Boutique’s
- Updating and reporting on monthly launch availability
- Can communicate brand and customer profile and position in the market
- POS sample management
- Supporting all product areas of the business as required
- Housekeeping for the entire department
- systems, samples, approvals and documentation.
