Counsellor Placement Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Counsellor to join our team as a Counsellor on Placement in Central London. As a Counsellor on Placement, you will provide emotional and therapeutic support to children and young people aged 4-18 in our partner schools.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one counselling to up to 3 children per day, minimum one day per week
- Work in a therapeutic capacity with children and young people, promoting their mental health and well-being
- Participate in regular supervision and training workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of our counselling services and programmes
- A comprehensive induction programme and ongoing support
- Regular supervision and training opportunities
- A well-recognised clinical placement, with the opportunity to gain clinical hours towards accreditation
- A chance to work with a diverse range of children and young people, and contribute to their mental health and well-being
We are looking for a qualified Counsellor who is passionate about working with children and young people. You will have a Diploma in Counselling (Level 4 or above) or a Degree, MSc or MA in Counselling, Counselling Psychology or Psychotherapy. You will also have relevant experience of direct work with children.
