Financial Leadership Opportunity at Austin Rose

Austin Rose is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join their team in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. As a Top 100 Firm, they offer a full suite of services for SMEs, individuals, and entrepreneurs.

The successful candidate will oversee the management of purchase ledger, sales ledger, and nominal ledgers, as well as carry out regular reconciliation of all control accounts. They will also be responsible for calculating and processing monthly journals for prepayment/accruals/depreciation/payroll and other monthly adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including P&L, B/S, and cashflow statements.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the management team to make informed business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.

Requirements:

  • ACA or ACCA qualification.
  • Proven experience in financial management and leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
