National Engineering Director

2Agriculture Ltd is seeking an experienced National Engineering Manager to lead a multi-skilled team of Engineering Managers across 6 locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead the maintenance strategy for the company, including capital expenditure, engineering projects, and resource planning.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, reviewing processes, procedures, and standards across site, led by example, and take a proactive approach to implementing change while maintaining high standards of safety and quality output.
- Be in strict control over the engineering budget, spend, ordering of products, capex projects, and resource planning to meet strict deadlines.
- Support the delivery of capital and strategic projects.
- Manage contractors and third-party suppliers while encouraging a safety-first and compliant environment across site and with third parties.
- Proven and extensive experience in a similar process manufacturing, preferably animal feed or similar industry.
- Experience of managing a multi-site team and ability to travel.
- Extensive engineering management experience.
- Project Management experience.
- Analytical skills to embed and evaluate data and performance/operation metrics.
- Leadership/management training.
