About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Control Specialist to join our team at Talent Recruitment Group. As a key member of our credit department, you will be responsible for managing client reconciliations and self-bill portals, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning a portfolio of clients and managing debt profiles
  • Reconciling and posting receipts to the ledger on a daily basis
  • Using excellent relationship management skills and commercial awareness to resolve customer complaints effectively
  • Having a keen eye for detail, especially on key accounts
  • Proactive chasing of sales invoices over the phone to build rapport and find solutions
  • Reconciling receipts from clients to ensure internal systems match with self-bill portals
  • Working closely with billing departments to resolve queries and re-issue invoices/credit notes
Requirements
  • Driven and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and problem-solving
  • High level of competence with Excel, including complex formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, and graphs
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets
