About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fire Protection Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality fire safety solutions to clients across the London and South East regions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of passive fire protection techniques, regulations, and industry best practices, as well as excellent leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a diverse team of project managers, site managers, supervisors, and technicians to achieve individual and business targets.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant fire safety codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Team Building and Development: Build and lead a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of projects.
  • Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance team to prepare accurate project cost estimates, proposals, and budgets, ensuring profitability and minimizing financial risks.
  • Supplier and Subcontractor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials and services.
About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Fire Protection Operations Manager who can lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of Passive Fire Protection Systems: A deep understanding of passive fire protection systems, safety codes, and standards.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of professionals.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
  • Financial Management Skills: A good understanding of financial management, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the fire protection industry, including relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
