About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Lift Engineer to join our team in the North East region. As a Service Lift Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out 100% of lift maintenance and service visits, responding proactively and timely to lift breakdowns, and resolving any long-standing lift faults.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out lift maintenance and service visits
  • Respond to lift breakdowns and resolve faults
  • Liaise with customers and build a good working relationship
  • Carry out minor lift repairs

Requirements

  • Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3, J-Module or equivalent
  • Knowledge of various lift makes and types
  • Ability to apply lift engineering principles to maintenance and fault diagnosis
