About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Lift Engineer to join our team in the North East region. As a Service Lift Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out 100% of the lift maintenance and service visits of the units within your territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out lift maintenance and service visits to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Respond proactively and timely to lift breakdowns, aiming to achieve first-time fix
  • Resolve long-standing lift faults, achieve zero defect insurance items, and maintain contractual KPIs
  • Liaise directly with customers while on site and build a good working relationship

Requirements

  • Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3, J-Module, or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge of various lift makes and types, including dock-levellers, goods and platform lifts, scissor lifts, and hydraulics
  • Ability to apply lift engineering principles to maintenance and fault diagnosis
