Job Summary

This role involves a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing portal tasks, including ID checks, AML checks, data integrity checks, and conflict checks. They will also be required to assist with client portal helpdesk duties, such as answering phone calls and responding to online chats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage portal tasks, including ID checks, AML checks, data integrity checks, and conflict checks
  • Assist with client portal helpdesk duties, including answering phone calls and responding to online chats
  • Work with IT/Dev/external suppliers to address technical issues with the site
  • Liaise with fee earners and branch support staff on matter-related enquiries
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as client greeting and outgoing post
  • Manage the Mattersphere System Database
  • Creation of Associate contacts in Mattersphere
  • Work through branch office requests for data changes
