Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team in Feltham, London. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Lindt CLASSIC RECIPE and Other Bars portfolio and marketing plans to deliver all business and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Lead the development of new and innovative products from insight to launch, including supplier briefings, project proposals, and relationships with factories.
  • Manage the innovation pipeline in collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager, Category Strategist, and Business Intelligence team.
  • Lead the execution and implementation of brand plans, campaigns, and activations in collaboration with Customer Marketing.
  • Set up clear KPIs, analyze activities, and propose adaptations to the brand plan when performance is not met or when alternative activities are seen to deliver better results.
  • Manage the budget and P&L for the brand.
Requirements
  • Previous experience at Brand Manager level within a large FMCG Company, with experience in analyzing data (Kantar, Nielsen/IRI, Internal data such as Cognos).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • A team player with experience of working cross-functionally with good networking and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical skills and strategic ability.
  • Well-organized, able to multi-task with extensive project management experience.
  • Result and solution-oriented.
  • Creative and entrepreneurial.
  • Experience of managing a P&L.
  • Ideally, educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Ideally, premium brand sensitivity.
  • Microsoft office skills – Experienced and proficient at a high level in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
