Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to lead our Classic Recipe and Other Bars portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Brand Manager, Bars to drive business objectives and marketing strategies.

The Brand Manager will play a key role in managing product development, marketing plans, and brand activations. From new product launches to range delists, this position offers a chance to shape the future of Lindt & Sprüngli's chocolate offerings and drive growth in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage product portfolio development from insight to launch
  • Lead innovation pipeline in alignment with long-term vision
  • Execute brand plans and marketing campaigns
  • Analyze performance data and adjust strategies as needed
  • Support business analysis and reporting processes
  • Develop consumer insights through research projects
  • Take on ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Brand Manager in a large FMCG company
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong project management abilities
  • Result-oriented and creative mindset
  • Experience managing P&L
  • Degree level education preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
