This role presents an exceptional opportunity for an Assistant Home Manager to join our facility in Leek. Our home has received a 'Good' rating across all areas from OFSTED and is well-regarded by local authorities. We can accommodate up to 6 young individuals, all of whom have learning disabilities, Autism, epilepsy, and may exhibit associated behaviors. Many of the children we support are non-verbal or have limited communication skills, using various methods such as picture boards, Smartbox devices, and Makaton to express themselves.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a Residential Childcare Setting
  • Level 3 qualification in Children's and Young People or equivalent
