We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Trade Development Manager to join our team at B&Q. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities and growing existing trade relationships
  • Maximising sales growth and creating a highly effective trade experience in your local area
  • Promoting the TradePoint brand and services to trade customers
  • Working closely with stores to inspire, motivate and engage the wider store team

We are looking for someone with a strong commercial mind, excellent communication skills and experience in building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. You will also need to be flexible and able to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays as required.
