Position Overview

As part of our integrated rehabilitation services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic interventions to adults who require support following their discharge from acute care settings. The successful candidate will engage with patients presenting with a diverse range of conditions, including neurological, orthopedic, respiratory, and mobility challenges. Each day will present unique opportunities and challenges, ensuring a dynamic and fulfilling work environment.

We encourage a collaborative approach, fostering a culture of teamwork across various services and settings. Our community rehabilitation model is designed to enhance access to timely and person-centered therapy assessments and interventions for individuals transitioning from hospital care.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a high standard of rehabilitation therapy services.

- Supervise and guide support staff and allied health professionals.

- Collaborate effectively within the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
