Position Overview:

Your Role as a Barista:
As a Barista, you will be empowered to:
  • Be Authentic: Bring your true self to work, showcasing your unique personality.
  • Take Initiative: Make decisions and express your creativity to foster genuine connections with our guests.
  • Make an Impact: Utilize the tools provided to create personalized experiences for our guests daily.

Key Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will include:
  • Delivering a high-quality guest experience by preparing a variety of coffees and hot beverages.
  • Engaging with guests and collaborating with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure timely service.
  • Maintaining knowledge of various coffee preparations and accommodating different dietary needs.
  • Exhibiting a warm and welcoming demeanor, coupled with a strong commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends.
  • Experience in a restaurant, bar, café, or hotel setting as a Barista or Coffee Maker.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
