As the Senior Director of Precision Medicine Engagement and Awareness, you will spearhead the clinical trial outreach and awareness initiatives for Relay Therapeutics' breast cancer program. This pivotal role encompasses the formulation of strategic plans, collaboration with key stakeholders, and the advancement of clinical trials. We seek an adept communicator with exceptional interpersonal abilities and a robust background in oncology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement the PM E&A strategy for the breast cancer initiative
  • Cultivate scientific relationships with thought leaders in the field of breast cancer
  • Provide expert medical insights for clinical initiatives
  • Mentor and develop team members
  • Enhance patient and investigator identification strategies
  • Oversee congress planning and engagement with key opinion leaders
  • Facilitate Medical Advisory boards
  • Create comprehensive communication strategies
  • Promote advocacy awareness and engagement

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in health sciences is preferred
  • Over 10 years of experience in clinical or pharmaceutical environments
  • Strong understanding of local medical practices
  • Proficient in interpreting scientific data
  • Familiarity with clinical research protocols
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Proven track record of achieving trial timelines and recruitment objectives
  • Expertise in GCP/ICH guidelines
