Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our clinical trial engagement and awareness efforts for our breast cancer program. As Senior Director / Vice President of Precision Medicine Engagement and Awareness, you will develop and execute strategies to advance our clinical trials and collaborate with stakeholders to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive PM E&A strategy for our breast cancer program, including scientific interactions with opinion leaders and medical input for clinical programs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and advocacy groups.
  • Provide medical expertise and guidance to support the development and execution of clinical trials.
  • Coach and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Refine patient and investigator identification strategies to optimize trial recruitment and retention.
  • Lead the planning and execution of congress events and key opinion leader engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct medical advisory boards to gather feedback and insights from experts in the field.
  • Develop and implement communication plans to ensure timely and effective dissemination of information to stakeholders.
  • Foster advocacy awareness and engagement to support our clinical trials and programs.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in a health science field (e.g. MD, PhD, PharmD).
  • 10+ years of experience in clinical or pharmaceutical roles, with a strong understanding of local medical practice and clinical research requirements.
  • Ability to interpret scientific data and provide medical input to support clinical programs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel to support business needs.
  • Track record of meeting trial timelines and recruitment goals.
  • Expertise in GCP/ICH requirements and regulations.
