Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to queries and providing information about our properties
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a seamless visitor experience
- Be adaptable and flexible, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
- Contribute to the development of our visitor experience, including key property events and social media promotion
