About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Director to join our UK Client Services team at Realtime Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing client accounts, demonstrating strong client relationship management, and working to explicit budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Account Leadership: Lead and oversee client accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and delivering results-driven campaigns.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client growth and success.
  • Campaign Execution: Design and execute innovative, large-scale paid campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic DSPs.
  • Team Management: Manage and support operational teams responsible for campaign placement, optimization, testing, and execution.
  • Process Improvement: Develop processes and structures that add value to our existing clients and ensure a best-in-class client experience.
  • Business Development: Identify and present new opportunities for client growth and development.
Requirements
  • Performance Marketing Background: 7+ years of paid advertising experience, including hands-on-keyboard campaign activation experience.
  • Client Management: Proven track record of success in managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Campaign Execution: Experience with social, programmatic, and search campaigns, including website and lead analytics.
  • Ad Platform Certifications: Ad platform certifications, including Google Ads and Meta.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
