Production Team Overview

Our Production team is a crucial component of our success, consisting of 25 talented individuals dedicated to delivering high-quality stills, video, and film services across our client portfolio. This team continually enhances their skills and strives for excellence in a fast-paced creative agency environment.

Role Overview

The Senior Producer will oversee multiple projects and workstreams, leveraging their extensive experience to manage complex projects and accounts with ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge of creative projects, delegate tasks, and monitor team progress while ensuring all client requirements are met on schedule and within budget.
  • Manage intricate and high-profile campaigns, demonstrating attention to detail and strategic planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing challenges as they arise.
  • Keep the lead producer informed about all aspects of each project, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Foster relationships with suppliers and vendors to guarantee timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during shoots, managing multiple client interactions simultaneously.
  • Guide and mentor production team members on best practices and new methodologies.
  • Be an active and visible team member, exemplifying excellence for junior colleagues.
  • Drive end-to-end processes, encouraging the team to streamline operations for enhanced productivity.
  • Exhibit confidence in decision-making, ready to tackle new challenges while aiming for optimal client outcomes.

Pre-Production Responsibilities

  • Develop budgets and timelines for productions using agency systems.
  • Ensure resources are secured and briefed appropriately.
  • Facilitate project visibility with the crew.
  • Confirm all studio and resource bookings.
  • Source and arrange models and equipment.
  • Oversee set builds and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate wardrobe and stylist requirements.
  • Conduct pre-production meetings with clients.
  • Distribute call sheets.

Shooting Responsibilities

  • Be well-prepared and present on set.
  • Coordinate the shoot effectively.
  • Ensure all deliverables are captured.
  • Manage model logistics on set.
  • Serve as the knowledge holder for any inquiries.
  • Support the crew and communicate any changes.
  • Collaborate with client services for decision-making and scope management.

Post-Production Responsibilities

  • Oversee the packing down process.
  • Manage deliverables in retouching or video editing.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including invoice checks and reconciliations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in producing stills, video, and film within a creative agency.
  • Strong client-facing and producer management abilities.
  • Capability to manage key accounts and deliver complex projects independently.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in delivering integrated projects across various platforms, including television and digital.
  • Proficient in production methodologies and practices.
  • Approachable and confident communicator, adept at problem-solving.
  • Appreciation for high-quality creative output.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the creative industry is essential.
