**The Role**

The Creative Content Producer will be responsible for end-to-end production of teamwear and mainline content shoots, maintaining allocated budgets and contributing towards production processes.

We are offering the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in sport across national and international teams and athletes such as Red Bull Racing, McLaren Formula 1, Rangers FC, Bilbao, Feyenoord, Sevilla, FIA, Harlequins, Andy Murray as well as Mainline Castore internal sports fashion offering.

**Responsibilities**
- Budgeting, resourcing of multiple productions from campaigns to social.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, considering resource allocation, milestones, and deliverables.
- Work with the wider production team on an end-to-end creative production process.
- Attend and produce creative productions working with PAs to run daily shoot schedules.
- Communicate shoot production progress to key stakeholders.

**Skills & Qualities**
- Expertise in shoot production, project management.
- Have a keen understanding of project management, creative processes, and team collaboration.
- Experience across moving image & stills shoots.
- Experience on commercial sets, working to APA guidelines.
- Proficiency in handling different budgets and in-depth knowledge of compliance matters, including insurance, health and safety, risk assessments.
