About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Programme Administrator to join our team at London Business School. As a Programme Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our degree programmes, working closely with Programme Managers, Senior Managers, and Programme Directors.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth delivery of programme events and activities. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with students, staff, and other stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the Programme Team, including ordering stationery, meeting support, event organization, and kitchen management.
    • Assist with the organization of programme events and activities, including Orientation, exchange activities, speaker events, Congregation, and Exam board.
  • Student Support
    • Provide a first point of contact service to students and other stakeholders, responding to queries and escalating issues as required.
    • Contribute to the development of the student experience through engaging with students, attending events, and building effective working relationships.
  • Office Management
    • Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Experience of providing an outstanding level of customer service.
    • Proficient in commonly used IT packages, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management systems.
  • Skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills.
    • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
