Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Planner to join our team at 3D Personnel. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective planning and programming systems on all projects. Key Responsibilities * Assist the Estimating team in preparing tender documentation, including programmes, logistics plans, and method statements. * Contribute proactively at internal adjudication meetings and post-tender client meetings. * Collaborate with the project team to prepare comprehensive planning information on new project start-ups, including a coordinated procurement, design, manufacture, and construction programme. * Regularly update project programmes to inform the project team and senior management team. * Conduct critical path analysis and advise the project team on critical changes to priorities and threats. * Prepare claim information in the event of delays. * Control and record programme revisions. Requirements * Good IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office and Project. * Construction and Planning background essential. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Strong Stakeholder management skill. * Ability to multitask and work under pressure. * Great attention to detail. * Work as part of a team and independently without supervision. * Driven to succeed and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
