Client Success Analyst

Hybrid - City of London

French Speaker Required

The Client Success Analyst will be responsible for addressing client inquiries and managing additional projects while delivering exceptional technical support to the Intapp user community. This full-time role presents a significant opportunity for career advancement, allowing you to cultivate valuable professional services skills within a dynamic team environment. The analyst will prioritize and resolve high-priority issues promptly and effectively. We are particularly interested in candidates who possess business-level proficiency in the French language.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultative Support: The Analyst is expected to gain comprehensive knowledge of the Intapp DealCloud platform and its services, providing clients with best practices and a consultative approach to ongoing support.
  • Client Education: Assist clients with inquiries related to training, platform configuration, workflows, and new processes.
  • Client Satisfaction and Product Adoption: The Analyst must ensure that assigned clients are enthusiastic advocates for the product, service, and company. You will analyze success metrics to identify adoption trends and collaborate with the Client Advisory team to enhance adoption strategies for specific clients.
  • Quality Assurance: The Analyst will be accountable for delivering an exceptional level of solution quality from the perspective of our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Client Success or Technical/Product Support is essential.
  • Business-level proficiency in French is required.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite are necessary.
  • A degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients.
  • Superior troubleshooting, evaluative, and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving results.
  • Willingness to engage actively in tasks to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective planning abilities.
