Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in the manufacturing sector. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, handling inbound customer enquiries, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer enquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and negotiate with customers to secure new business.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the external sales team, providing support and assistance as needed, and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Administrative Tasks: Utilize the internal CRM system and Sage accounts system for processing sales and purchases, and update and communicate any amendments or changes to orders with customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales and account management, ideally within the manufacturing or technical industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CRM and accounting systems.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
