Experience Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a senior role within a large, complex organization.
  • In-depth knowledge across various disciplines, including general management, financial oversight, business planning, governance, clinical strategies, and performance, gained through specialized training or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in planning, developing, influencing, and executing strategies, along with substantial experience in strategic and operational management.
  • Significant experience in utilizing performance management processes.
  • History of implementing service enhancements, transformational changes, and managing large-scale projects.
  • Experience in staff management and collaboration with Trade Unions, staff representatives, partner organizations, and the public to facilitate change.
  • Proven ability to meet objectives against challenging performance targets while supporting others in achieving these goals.
