Job Title: Production Manager & Joinery Lead


The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in joinery production, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. They will have a proven track record of leading a team and ensuring high-quality production, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our in-house Designers & Project Managers to deliver projects in a timely manner.
  • Quality Control, ensuring our high standards for Joinery excellence are met on all projects, big or small.
  • Oversee and take responsibility for ensuring Heath and Safety compliance in the factory.
  • Managing inventory levels of parts and supplies, ensuring availability for scheduled work.
  • Maintaining workshop tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Reading and understanding complex Joinery drawings, providing feedback when necessary to designers in order to make sure drawings are accurate and reflect best practice.

  • Diligent - Keen to not just meet deadlines but improve upon them where possible,
  • Team Player - We need someone who will work with our team and support them constructively.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum - 3-5 years of experience in a Joinery production environment. Ideally with 2 years of leadership experience as either a supervisor or foreman, however we will consider exceptional applicants with leadership potential.
  • You must have hands-on experience working in joinery. Experience using joinery machinery in a factory environment would be advantageous.
  • To apply you need to be eligible to live and work in the UK.
  • A full UK driving license would be beneficial.
