About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our Food marketing team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive footfall, customer engagement, and sales in our Food stores.
As a people leader, you will be responsible for inspiring, nurturing, and motivating high performance from your direct reports. You will work closely with our Food Operations Managers, Store Managers, and other business leads to understand the marketing requirements and develop effective marketing plans that support the strategic and commercial aims of the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting customer and market insights to inform marketing plans and increase customer attraction and commercial performance
- Leading the team to drive commercial revenue through the planning, development, and implementation of trade marketing campaigns, period promotions, and channel activity
- Building productive working relationships with key stakeholders to gain buy-in and deliver flawlessly
- Managing marketing budget efficiently and evaluating the performance of all marketing campaigns
- Making recommendations for improvements and sharing campaign analysis results with senior stakeholders

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years marketing experience working in a fast-paced marketing team
- Retail Marketing experience is advantageous
- 360-degree marketing skills, with experience developing and executing campaigns across all channels
- Outstanding analytical skills, with experience interpreting test results and drawing conclusions
- Ability to develop and deliver marketing plans that support the strategic and commercial aims of the business
