About the Role:

Creative Support is a non-profit provider of personalized care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, complex health needs, and autism spectrum conditions.

We are seeking a caring, dynamic, and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Waking Night Support Worker in our respite service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to service users with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behavior.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for service users.
  • Have knowledge of working with individuals who may also have complex healthcare requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities is desirable.
  • An equivalent professional qualification is also desirable.
  • Graduates, experienced practitioners, and individuals looking to start their career in social care are encouraged to apply.
