We are seeking a dedicated Liability Claims Specialist to join our team at Adjusting Appointments Limited. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of claims, specifically focusing on Liability-related incidents, including Employer's Liability, Public Liability, Product Liability, and Construction Liability.
- Conduct thorough site assessments and oversee claims from initiation to resolution.
- Engage with insurers, policyholders, witnesses, and industry experts to gather necessary information.
- Evaluate liability determinations, manage indemnity expenditures, and facilitate negotiations for claim settlements.
Ideal candidates will possess a robust background in Liability Claims Management. Familiarity with Construction All Risks (CAR) and tree root claims is advantageous but not essential. Progression towards professional certifications is encouraged. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional organizational capabilities, are essential for success in this role.
