We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housing Services Manager to lead our team of Tenancy Sustainment Workers in Rugby, Warwickshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the team meets their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provides excellent support to residents to achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the team of Tenancy Sustainment Workers, ensuring they meet their KPIs and provide high-quality support to residents.
- Manage the budget for your service area, including staffing, equipment, and funded projects.
- Work closely with the Maintenance and Domestic teams to ensure properties are turned around quickly for new residents and maintained to a high standard.
- Be proactive in managing personal charges, housing benefit claims, occupancy, and voids, and work closely with the Assessment teams to identify new suitable tenants.
- Previous experience working within housing management.
- Desirable: Driver's license.
