We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Analytics Specialist to join our team at Epsilon. As an Actuarial Analytics Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
  • Work closely with data scientists to design and develop predictive analytics, machine learning models, and automation infrastructure.
  • Design and maintain high-performance, reusable, and scalable data transformation pipelines for our data warehouse.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, accuracy, and efficiency, and implement process improvements to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with big data, multivariate testing, and business intelligence, with a strong understanding of data modeling and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent SQL knowledge and experience with data transformation pipelines.
