Job Title: Ecommerce Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join our team at TLP Consultancy Ltd. As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for developing the online retail channel for Toyota and Lexus customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the online retail channel to drive an exceptional experience for customers.
  • Take ownership of ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery.
  • Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify customer needs.
  • Develop online retail network training to drive awareness and understanding of benefits.
  • Support development of reporting and integration of data and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Inquisitive mindset with a passion for eCommerce and customer experience.
  • Confident communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Logical thinking with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to influence and network at all levels.
  • Proven capabilities in Project/Product Management.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • Fluent in English, any other European language is a bonus.

Desirable:

  • Understanding or interest in the Automotive industry.
  • Customer journey mapping experience.
  • Project Management qualification.
