Exciting Opportunity for an Online Retail Specialist

TLP Consultancy Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Online Retail Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the online retail experience for Toyota and Lexus customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement online retail channel strategies to drive exceptional customer experiences
  • Take ownership of ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery
  • Support long-range planning and roadmap development for future online retail development
  • Develop online retail network training to drive awareness and understanding of benefits
  • Build relationships across departments and the wider One Toyota family and dealership network
  • Support development of reporting and integration of data and analysis to anticipate customer needs and future backend improvements

Requirements:

  • Interest in eCommerce and customer experience
  • Ability to influence and network at all levels
  • Proven capabilities in Project/Product Management
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in English, any other European language is a bonus
  • Understanding or interest in the Automotive industry
  • Project Management qualification
