About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Specialist to join our team at Manchester Airport PLC. As an Employee Engagement Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of communications to our colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Communications Strategies: Support the development and implementation of internal communications strategies to drive quality, effective communication and colleague engagement.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand priorities across the business and internal communications requirements.
  • Manage Communication Channels: Manage communication channels such as our intranet, weekly newsletter, digital screens, face-to-face briefings, and events.
  • Content Creation and Editing: Write and edit high-quality content for a variety of channels.
  • Creative Campaigns: Think creatively to bring communication campaigns to life.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand priorities across the business and internal communications requirements.
