About the Role:

The Internal Communications Specialist will support the delivery of communications to colleagues, ensuring they feel engaged and informed about the company's strategy and transformation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing internal communications strategies to drive quality, effective communication and colleague engagement.
  • Collaborating with the Communications Team to create and deliver communication plans for projects and campaigns, generating awareness and participation among colleagues.
  • Managing internal communication channels such as the intranet, weekly newsletter, digital screens, face-to-face briefings, and events.
  • Writing and editing high-quality content for various channels, including articles, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders to understand priorities across the business and internal communications requirements.
