About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team at RELOcruitment Ltd. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and convert leads into clients through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Liaise with customers to understand their relocation needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Take ownership of customer moves, ensuring seamless execution and resolution of any issues.
  • Record and manage customer data on our in-house systems.
  • Organize surveys and inventory recordings to inform customer solutions.
  • Liaise with colleagues and contractors to discuss client options and requests.
  • Collaborate with Surveyors to confirm move details.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the Removals/Relocation industry or a related sector (e.g., Estate Agency).
  • Comfortable working in a sales/target-driven environment.
  • Ability to work a staggered day pattern, including one Saturday in four.
  • Excellent telephone manner, strong PC skills, and effective time management.
  • Strong team player with initiative and autonomy.
