Insurance Due Diligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Due Diligence Consultant to join our team at WTW. As a key member of our M&A Practice, you will be responsible for providing risk and insurance due diligence services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake risk and insurance consulting and due diligence services to clients, including fee and scope evaluation, execution and delivery of due diligence reporting, and coordination of WTW appointment and placement services.
  • Manage projects effectively, leveraging broader WTW country and sector specialists to the benefit of the client.
  • Access information from various sources to collect and coordinate data at the outset of a project.
  • Provide quality advice to clients and identify and collate data for inclusion into reports.
  • Review key contractual documents and peer diligence reports.
  • Take ownership of projects, coordinating and sourcing core project teams as needed.
  • Provide proactive and enthusiastic service levels expected from client project teams.
  • Act as a referral point for the resolution of client queries internally and externally.
  • Deliver assessments through formal reports, supplemented by calls and/or presentations as required.

Requirements:

  • Take responsibility and ownership of projects for quality and accuracy.
  • Meet Willis Towers Watson M&A compliance and administration protocols and requirements, including file keeping, accurate reporting of management information, conflict management, and confidentiality issues.
  • Comply with authorisation sign-offs and protocols.
  • Work within FCA and Willis Towers Watson specific procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain time recording individually and ensure this is done for projects where acting in a lead role.
