STRATEGIC SALES MANAGER

RENEWABLE ENERGY SECTOR

£50,000 + COMMISSION + VEHICLE + BENEFITS


In light of our continued success and growth, we are seeking to enhance our sales team with a commercially savvy Strategic Sales Manager. This role will focus on managing Key Accounts and securing new business opportunities across various regions.


Our client is a frontrunner in the Renewable Energy sector, and while prior experience in this field is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.

For those who are ambitious and driven, this position offers a chance to build a fulfilling career in a distinctive and evolving environment. You will be responsible for securing projects valued at up to £5 million.



ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading sales initiatives and achieving set revenue goals.
- Managing key accounts and identifying avenues for growth through additional projects.
- Sourcing new leads and preparing quotations.
- Conducting site visits to assess project progress and explore up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Presenting to potential clients (both virtually and in-person) to showcase the advantages of collaborating with our organization.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets within the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors.

A background in the Renewable Energy sector is a significant advantage, as it may provide valuable contacts.

- Tenacious with excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about sales and business development.
