Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support and assist in the sales process, ensuring seamless operations and effective client engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Marketing Support:

  • Manage incoming leads by calling/emailing prospects, asking screening questions and booking meetings for managers.
  • Proactively reach out to potential leads by working with marketing to create content, provide general oversight and reporting of campaigns, generate messaging ideas and provide materials for internal commercial meetings and reports.


CRM and Data Management (Hubspot):

  • Collate reports and feedback
  • General CRM housekeeping, including managing CRM data to refresh leads, implement project work, and handle ad-hoc tasks related to Hubspot


Research and Prospecting:

  • Develop prospect lists for upcoming campaigns
  • Conduct industry research
  • Identify content ideas based on industry trends


Administrative Tasks:

  • Assist the commercial managers in getting documents signed and returned from clients/prospects
  • Contribute to proposal writing and design
  • Help develop content and ideas for social media
  • Onboarding new clients


Client Onboarding and Budget Management:

  • Assist with the onboarding of new clients
  • Manage budget reconciliation and invoicing processes


CAT360 Management:

  • Load data and perform initial analysis
  • Conduct demos and pre-demos with dummy data


Qualifications, Skills and Experience


Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.


Experience: A professional services, customs or banking background with a strong client-facing component. Ideally 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, sales support, or a similar role.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and LinkedIn
  • Experience with Canva and other digital content tools preferred
  • Familiarity with Hubspot CRM systems, or similar
  • A basic understanding of data analysis tools and techniques is preferred


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Energetic and enthusiastic approach to work
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
  • Passion for enhancing client experience and contributing to team success
