About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Operations Manager to join our team at Amazon TA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the transportation network, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimize network performance
  • Manage relationships with carriers and logistics providers to ensure seamless delivery operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of transportation professionals to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. logistics, supply chain management, business administration)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLook Ups) and SQL
  • Experience in program or project management, with a focus on transportation and logistics
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience leading process improvements and stakeholder management
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
