About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Operations Manager to join our team at Amazon TA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the transportation network, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimize network performance and reduce costs
  • Manage and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transportation operations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and other stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. logistics, supply chain management, business administration)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
